Panda Express Feedback Survey

Panda Express is a huge fast food restaurant chain that serves American-Chinese fusion cuisine.

It was established in the U.S., where it is now the largest Asian sector restaurant chain.

The restaurants have traditionally been located in commercial shopping centers, but the chain now run units in many other settings and formats, including independent restaurants, military bases, casinos, universities, airports, parks and other places.

They now have more than 1,900 restaurants in 50 states, the District of Columbia, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Canada, Guam, Korea and the UAE.

All the restaurants are owned and operated by the same ownership, and they have never offered franchises.

The chain is part of Panda Restaurant Group, which was the parent company of Panda Inn, Express and Hibachi-san which were all established by Peggy Cherng, Andrew Cherng  and Master Chef Ming Tsai Cherng.

Andrew Cherng and his father are from Yangzhou in the Jiangsu Province of China, while Peggy is from Burma.

The chain presents a different range of Chinese inspired dishes. The include Chicken Breast, Orange Chicken, Grilled Teriyaki Chicken, Beijing Beef, Kung Pao Chicken.

Typical meals are orange chicken, kung pao chicken, steamed vegetables chow-mein.

“Combos” are served with wither fried rice, steamed cooked rice, chow mein or vegetables.

The chain does not add MSG to any of their offerings, and they do not source any ingredients containing MSG.

Peggy had experience as a designer and software engineer for McDonnell Douglas for many years.Given this experience, she brought a perspective of system analysis, and worked through the logistics and standardization questions needed to expand the concept.

The chain also exists in South Korea, Mexico, UAE and Canada. The first location in Mexico opened in September 2011 in Mexico city.

In October 2013 they opened their first Canadian location at Hunt Club Road, Nepean, Ontario. Their first restaurant in Korea opened in Seul in September 2014.

The company has grown to due to the company’s dedication to serve it’s customers and provide them with high quality, delicious food. In order to continue providing the best service, they administer an experience survey to get insight on how it can improve its offerings.

Step 2 – Now fill out your 4 or 5 digit store number. The store number is located at the top of your receipt. Write the number and press the ‘Next’ button.

Step 3 – Now you will be guided through the process of answering all of the questions.
